Elin Ranjan Das completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2023. Before that, he completed his HSC from Notre Dame College in 2017 and SSC from Motijheel Ideal School in 2015. He is now teaching as an adjunct lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University. Previously, he taught at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BUET, as an adjunct lecturer.

His previous research was in 6G MIMO wireless communications. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in ECE at North Carolina State University, US, where he is researching Quantum Information Science and Engineering (QISE). His current research interests are designing algorithms for electronic structure simulation of quantum chemistry and quantum materials.
