Atonu Roy Chowdhury is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University. He completed his undergraduate studies at BRAC University, majoring in Mathematics with minors in Computer Science and Physics. His research interests span Number Theory, Algebraic Geometry, Additive Combinatorics, and Graph Theory.

Beyond academia, he is actively involved in mathematical Olympiad training. He has served as a trainer at various math Olympiad camps and was the leader and mentor of the Bangladesh team at the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO) in 2024 and 2025.

In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching films, exploring music, and spending time with cats. He also has a deep appreciation for poetry and music, though he identifies himself as a failed poet and failed musician.
